All products are securely packaged and shipped with attention to ensure that your products arrive safely. That said, unfortunately on rare occasions things do happen. Should your order suffer any manufacturing or shipping flaws or damages, please contact us immediately to replace your product.
You may be entitled to this remedy if you contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date to report that your product is faulty, damaged, or different to the product you ordered. If we have agreed to replace your product, we will order a new product within 24 hours and standard lead times will apply. Since cannot guarantee that your product will arrive without damages or delays, we are not responsible to reimburse you for any delays caused from reordering faulty products.

Normal fair wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Normal variations to natural materials, like marks and scars in full aniline leather or variations in wood grain are not product faults and are part of the natural beauty of the product and as such are excluded from the warranty.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your consumer rights, Hem Interiors will not be liable for any reasonably foreseeable consequential loss of any kind caused by any defect in the product and our responsibility is limited only to the value of the item purchased at Hem Interiors.
